Eating healthy is a lifestyle ... not a temporary fad diet!

The gimmick diets out there DO NOT work. Time and time again we hear about new, revolutionary weight loss diets, techniques, pills, and contraptions; and time after time we are disappointed when they leave us no healthier than before. No one wants to tell you that the answer to getting healthy, feeling good, and looking great isn'y a diet, technique, pill, or contraption; the answer is simple, clean, whole foods and consistent exercise. No special diet foods, pills, or contraptions necessary!

I call the whay I eat a "lifestyle" because it is not about a fad diet that you follow temporarily until you get fed up. My healthy food lifestyle is about a commitment to your health; focusing on simple, natural, whole foods that are not processed and that aren't touched by chemicals, pesticides, or preservatives.

There was a time when I felt like I wanted to eat healthy, but it seemed so difficult and I wished it were easy.  Then, I rounded a corner, a turning point for me, and I realized it wan't more difficultand now I am to a point where healthy, clean foods are all that sound good; junk foods do not. This turning point was about a lifestyle change, not simply a temporary mind-set change. I will show you how to make this change, as well; and I will give you the tools, like a shopping list, to take the guesswork out of getting starting and restocking your mental and real-world pantry.
